Have only the Caravan Pack DLC enabled, disable all other DLC.
The only difference between the Ultimate Edition and the regular is that Ultimate Editon includes all DLC released for the game. The latest steam version (Or the GOG version) for the game is what the run is performed on (Patch 1.4). (VSync is shit and still makes the game run faster than hard capping with 3rd party tools such as Dxtory or MSI Afterburner)
Before starting, make sure you've capped your framerate to 60 or below.
